This year, Homoly Design + Build was named a Top 3 National Custom Home Builder of theYear finalist by the National Association of Home Builders. This prestigious recognition highlights our dedication to excellence in luxury custom home building. Being named a finalist at this level is a testament to our team’s hard work, attention to detail, and the trust placed in us by our clients. Locally, we received multiple awards from Design KC Magazine, including Project of the Year,Best Commercial Space, Best Outdoor Space, and Home Remodel. Each of these awardshighlights our commitment to creating spaces that inspire and serve the practical needs of thosewho use them. The Best Commercial Space award celebrates our work in designing functional,inviting spaces for business environments, while the Best Home Remodel award celebrates ourability to transform residential spaces, harmonizing practicality with elevated design to reflectour clients’ distinct lifestyles.

Homoly Design + Build was honored to participate in this year’s Artisan Home Tour, where we proudly showcased one of our custom homes. This event offered a unique opportunity to welcome the public into our work, allowing visitors to experience the exceptional detail and quality that define a Homoly home. From elegant finishes to thoughtfully designed layouts, we loved sharing our craftsmanship and inspiring attendees with the possibilities of luxury home design. The Artisan Home Tour celebrates the finest custom home builders in Kansas City, highlighting their distinctive features and superior artistry. Partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City as its charitable beneficiary, the KCHBA helped raise over $100,000 at the tour’s launch party alone.

In addition to our award-winning spaces, 2024 saw the completion of some of our most ambitious projects. Among them was a custom home in the Country Club Plaza area designed for a family who loves entertaining. This home features four expansive patios for panoramic views, an iconic floating staircase, and a glass-walled office that’s nothing short of stunning. At Rosewood Reserve, our first home on lot 6 broke ground, showcasing our signature style in a scenic, secluded setting and exemplifying luxury living in a peaceful, natural environment, introducing our signature blend of refined design and craftsmanship. Nestled in a tranquil, picturesque setting, this residence sets the tone for elevated luxury living in harmony with nature.
