When Will the Winner Be Announced?

The winner will be announced at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas on February 25, 2025. While we are incredibly humbled to be among the top three, this moment is about more than awards. It’s about celebrating the partnerships we’ve built with our clients and the trust they place in us to bring their dream homes to life. Over the past 27 years, Homoly Design + Build has grown from a family-owned business into a nationally recognized leader in custom home building. Our team’s dedication to innovation and excellence has earned us this national spotlight, but our heart remains in Kansas City—working with families to create homes that stand the test of time.
